Currently on a mission to find the best steak taco in Green Bay. While there I rate the chips and salsa, lime margaritas (if they have one) as well as the steak taco on a scale of 1-5. When my child is with, they rate the chicken taco.
Chips and salsa - chips were warm and lightly salted. The salsa was probably my favorite. Chunky and fresh and not to much cilantro - 4

Service - 3 - once we were sat we were given our chips and salsa as well as waters pretty quickly, but it took awhile for the server to come and take our drink and food order. There was only one other table in the restaurant.

Some of the best Mexican food in Green Bay. Burritos are amazing. Fish tacos are great. Free chips and salsa. Huge delicious margaritas. Service was fast and very friendly. Clean.

I have been coming here for years and the service is excellent. The food is extremely good and the atmosphere is very cheerful and bright.
Waiter was rude, went for my and my nephews birthday, he was condescending, when I would asked questions he wouldn’t answer, then when I thanked him he ignored me walked away. When I went to request a different waiter all of a sudden he could hear me. The waitress was such Sweet heart, almost stayed because of how understanding she was, we did end up
Leaving. Would not return! But the west side location always a great experience!! High recommend that one.

The food is unbeaten, the workers are a blast, and the atmosphere is amazing. The chips and salsa are the best in this town by a mile.
If you have not stopped at El Sarape before, go now.
I have had many of the meals, the Sarape burrito, the chimichangas, and the fajitas. I would have tried more, but each have been like hitting gold. You don't want to dig any further. The only catch is that every thing else is so good you need to try it too. The portions are great as well, you will leave full and often food in hand. Ever time I go I leave with a smile.
I have not had a single of the alcoholic beverages, but others I know have said that they are amazing.

Really good food. Starting from the sauce with chips, tacos, chicken main course, everything was delicious. The food tasted good, the ambience was nice. Felt like a home cooked meal. Definitely a must try.
Massive portions for the price, and kitchen and service actively listened to our request for non-dairy as one of our guests had a dairy allergy.
